Thus far unnoticed and undiscovered by “tourists”, only a few locals and a very few visitors have taken advantage of well maintained two-lane paved roads that wind throughout our mountains and provide easy hours of driving enjoyment to those of us who may want to “put the top down” or just get out and see what lies beyond that hill and curve. We have all the beauty of the Smokies without the crowds.

Our Favorite Short Picnic Tour:

This scenic trip can actually be driven in slightly over an hour and a half. But we have a much better suggestion!
